At Royalty Smith, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day easy exchange and refund policy.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the issue is a manufacturing fault on our part.

Refund Policy

For returns and refunds, the following terms apply:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
  • A service fee of 800 PKR will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for custom orders are only applicable in cases of manufacturing faults.
  • Refunds cannot be processed in cash due to logistic company policies.

Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.


Additional Notes

  • Express Delivery: If you opt for express delivery and later return the product, delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
