Processing Time
We understand the anticipation of receiving your jewelry, and we strive to deliver it as soon as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the standard processing time is 8–10 business days.
- Some products may require additional time, as specified in their respective product descriptions.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding pre-order items or unforeseen delays. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 4–6 weeks for your order to arrive.
- Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery option at an additional charge of 700 PKR. Express orders are dispatched within 6–8 working days. Please note that the total amount, including delivery charges, must be paid in advance.
Important Notes
- Customized Orders: These require more time to craft due to their personalized nature.
- Multiple Products: Orders containing multiple items may also take additional time to process and deliver.
