Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
No — we currently deliver within Pakistan only. Free delivery nationwide, 1–3 days, and same-day delivery in Islamabad & Rawalpindi.

How does Cash on Delivery work?
Every order is COD. Open the parcel at your door and check it over before you pay the courier.

Is the jewellery solid gold?
No — our pieces are plated or alloy finishes made to be worn every day. We never sell solid gold, and each listing says so.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0330 5233335 within 2 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement. See our Returns page for details.
