Check Before You Pay

Every order can be cash on delivery. Open the parcel at your door, check everything over, and pay the courier only once you're happy. If it isn't right, you don't have to take it.

Changed Your Mind?

Gifts are personal, and sometimes they just aren't right. If she doesn't love it, message us on WhatsApp at 0330 5233335 within 7 days of delivery.

As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full. Refunds are issued the same day the item reaches us.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If anything arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you'd prefer. Return delivery is on us.

If You Paid by Bank Transfer

Advance payment is always optional — most orders go out cash on delivery. If you did pay in advance and we can't deliver for any reason, we refund the full amount to the account you paid from, same day. Transfers are received under our parent company name, Wolfpack Union.
