Check Before You Pay

Every order is cash on delivery, and you're welcome to open the parcel and check everything before you hand the courier a single rupee. That's the best moment to make sure your order is exactly right.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If anything arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp at 0330 5233335 within 2 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement. Please keep the item in its original condition and packaging so we can sort it out quickly.
